Pharmacy collection
Prescription medicine collected and brought to you.

Pharmacy collection, step by step
Every step is visible to you: where the vehicle is, what has been handed over and the photo that closes the job.
- 01
Which pharmacy, which address
Where the medicine is waiting and where it is coming to. The price is on the screen before you book.
- 02
Attach the script and your ID
A pharmacy will not release medicine without them. They go on the booking, so the rider has both at the counter and nothing is read out over the phone.
- 03
Collected, sealed, delivered
The pharmacist hands over a sealed bag, the rider brings it straight to you, and it is photographed at your door.
Priced on the vehicle, not the parcel
The vehicle the job needs and the distance it drives. Every line is on the quote page before you confirm.

Priced on the vehicle and the distance. You pay for the job you book, with no account or wallet to set up first.
Asked before you book
Yes, as long as the pharmacy has it ready for collection. Phone ahead or use the pharmacy's app so the script is filled before the rider arrives and nobody is paying for time at the counter.
You do, on the pharmacy's app, by phone or against your medical aid. The rider collects a paid, sealed bag and does not handle money.
Only what the pharmacy is willing to release to a courier against your script and ID. Some pharmacies will not, and the rider will call you from the counter if that is the answer.
A local collection is usually at your door within the hour of the rider picking it up. Dispatch runs 06:00 to 22:00, seven days.
