Your address and the laundromat's. Pick a scooter for a bag or two, a car for a week's washing.

Docket photographed
The rider hands your laundry in and photographs the docket. It goes on the booking, so you have the ticket the laundromat will ask for.

Book the return when it is ready
The trip back is its own booking, made when the laundromat says it is done. It takes two taps, because your places are saved.

Asked before you book
No, we carry it. You choose the laundromat and they do the washing. We take it there and, when you book the return, bring it back.
Because nobody can schedule it in advance: the laundromat decides when it is ready. Booking the return when you know saves you paying for a rider who arrives before the washing is done.
You do, directly with the laundromat, usually when the laundry is collected. The rider does not carry cash.
A scooter takes a bag or two up to 30 kg. A car takes a household's worth in the boot. The quote page prices both, so you can see the difference before you choose.
