Collect a parcel
Fetched from a Paxi, Pudo or Takealot pickup point and brought to you.

Collect a parcel, step by step
Every step is visible to you: where the vehicle is, what has been handed over and the photo that closes the job.
- 01
Tell us where it is waiting
The Paxi, Pudo or Takealot point, and your address. The price is on the screen before you book.
- 02
Attach the pickup point code
The code Paxi, Pudo or the store sent you, and often an ID, is what the counter wants before it hands anything over. Both go on the booking, so the rider has them in hand.
- 03
Collected and brought to you
The rider collects, you watch them come, and the parcel is photographed at your door.
Priced on the vehicle, not the parcel
The vehicle the job needs and the distance it drives. Every line is on the quote page before you confirm.

Priced on the vehicle and the distance. You pay for the job you book, with no account or wallet to set up first.
Asked before you book
Paxi counters, Pudo lockers, Takealot pickup points and any store counter that holds a parcel against a code or a name.
The code the pickup point gave you, and a copy of the ID the parcel is held against if the counter asks for one. Both are attached to the booking, so nothing has to be read out over the phone.
No, and they are easy to mix up. The pickup point code is Paxi's, Pudo's or the store's, and the rider uses it at their counter. The collection code is ours: it is on your order and it is what proves the rider may take the parcel from you or hand it back. The rider never sees ours.
The rider calls you from the counter. If it cannot be resolved there, you pay for the trip the rider made and nothing else.
Yes. Add each pickup point code to the booking. It is one trip, priced once.
Collect a parcel, already priced.
Price it on the site, book it, and watch the rider to your door. Dispatch runs 06:00–22:00, seven days.
