Milk run
One vehicle, several stops, in a set order. Collections, drops or both.

Milk run, step by step
Every step is visible to you: where the vehicle is, what has been handed over and the photo that closes the job.
- 01
List the stops in order
Every address, in the sequence you want them visited. Collections, drops or a mix: it is one vehicle and one route.
- 02
Priced per stop, before you confirm
The route distance plus a per-stop fee for the class you choose. The whole figure is on the screen before the wallet is touched.
- 03
Tracked stop by stop
Watch the vehicle move through the sequence. Each arrival is pushed to your phone as it happens.
- 04
Proof at every stop
A code, photo or signature at each address, all against one Order Number, so a twelve-stop run reconciles as one job.
Priced on the vehicle, not the parcel
The vehicle the job needs and the distance it drives. Every line is on the quote page before you confirm.

Asked before you book
As many as fit in a working day for the vehicle. Two is a delivery with a stop; twelve is a milk run. The quote page prices any number.
A flat per-stop fee on top of the distance, set by vehicle class, so a bakkie stop costs less than a truck stop with offload. The whole figure is shown before you confirm, and the worked example on this page is priced on the live rate card.
Only if you ask. The sequence you set is the sequence driven, because your customers were told when to expect it.
Then it is a route bundle: booked once, repeated on a schedule, at corridor pricing. See the route bundles page.
Milk run, already priced.
Quote it on the site, confirm it on WhatsApp, track it to the door. Dispatch runs 06:00–22:00, seven days.
